Terms and Conditions
COMMON PROVISIONS
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the rules for the provision of services and the sale of products by:

The Seller operates from Poland and provides worldwide shipping.
§2 SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Seller provides:
- bridalwear (wedding accessories, garments)
- custom-made designs
- design and consulting services
Products are sold via the online store and may also be ordered via direct communication channels (e.g. Instagram, email).
For custom orders, the Client must approve the design before finalization.
§3 ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
- Orders may be placed online or via direct communication.
- A contract is concluded only after the Seller confirms the Order and receives full or partial payment.
- In the case of custom designs, the Order becomes binding upon Client approval of the design.
§4 PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is made by bank transfer or via a payment platform (Stripe)
- The Client must complete payment within 3 days of placing the Order.
- Payments may be made in multiple currencies to:
IBAN: PL49249010570000990255616836 - Failure to complete payment within this timeframe results in automatic cancellation of the Order.
- Custom orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit, which is not refundable even if the Client withdraws from the custom project.
§5 PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
- Production time is up to 2 weeks, unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are shipped via DHL international courier service.
- DHL is responsible for the transport of shipments.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
- The Client is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
- In case of visible damage, the Client should prepare a damage report with the courier.
§6 PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES
- All prices include applicable VAT.
- The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges related to international shipping.
- The Seller has no control over such charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
- In the case of returns, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
§7 RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Ready-made products may be returned within 14 days from delivery.
- To initiate a return, the Client must contact:
hello@martaklara.studio within 14 days of delivery. - Returned products must:
- be unused
- be in original condition
- include original packaging
- The Client bears the cost of return shipping.
- Returns must be sent to the Seller’s registered address.
- Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
§8 COMPLAINTS
- Complaints must be submitted via email to:
hello@martaklara.studio - The Client has 14 days from delivery to submit a complaint.
- Complaints may include:
- structural damage (e.g. broken veil comb)
- defects appearing during normal use
- The Seller may resolve complaints through:
- repair
- replacement
- refund
§9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All designs and products remain the exclusive property of the Seller.
- Any copying, reproduction, or use without prior written consent is prohibited
§10 LIABILITY
- The Seller is responsible for fulfilling Orders within agreed timelines.
- The Seller is not responsible for:
- incorrect measurements provided by the Client
- improper use of the product
- delays caused by courier services
§11 PERSONAL DATA
The Seller processes personal data (including email addresses) for order fulfillment and newsletter communication.

§12 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
§13 FORCE MAJEURE
- The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
- Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- war, terrorism, or civil unrest,
- pandemics or governmental restrictions,
- strikes or labor disputes,
- interruptions in transportation or courier services (including DHL),
- failures of telecommunications or internet services.
- In the event of Force Majeure, the Seller’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such circumstances.
